Has run truly E2E supply chains, including bringing new AI technologies to solve business problems, and building a plan for sustainable supply chains ready for 2030 and beyond. Led the the Supply Chain of GSK Consumer Health through the pandemic, its preparation for separation from GSK and its integration with the supply chains of the Consumer Health portfolios of Novartis and Pfizer, to enable the creation of Haleon plc. Subsequently rationalized the manufacturing footprint and optimised the supply chain in Haleon now listed in the top 20 on LSE, generating sales of >£12bn in 2024.

Multiple operational and supply chain roles in Unilever food business starting in early 90’s and then with Reckitt from early 2000’s, was part of CEO team who grew Reckitt from £4bn to >£10Bn turnover 10 years.

Currently working on 3 core projects. NED, Advisor & investor. Advisor to PE’s/Corporates including Cinven, CD&R, Newton and Bain. Investor and NED with 10 small businesses. Programme director with London Business school and KornFerry for Supply chain executive programme.
