Basil Solomon is a senior technology and delivery leader at UST and CyberProof, with over 33 years of experience in information technology and more than 25 years with UST. He currently leads the integration of acquired entities into the UST enterprise while overseeing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) at CyberProof. Throughout his career, Basil has held leadership roles spanning cybersecurity, information security, IT infrastructure, service delivery, enterprise IT, mergers and acquisitions integration, and risk management. His expertise combines operational excellence with deep security and governance knowledge, supported by industry-recognized certifications including CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, and CISA. Basil has played a pivotal role in building UST's technology foundations, contributing to the development of its global IT network, service management capabilities, and security framework, helping shape the organization’s growth, resilience, and operational maturity.
