Dev Bapat is currently the Vice President – Chief Information and Digital Officer for the $6B Electrophysiology and Neurovascular Group within Johnson & Johnson Family of companies. He is primarily responsible for all technology platforms across R&D, Commercial, Clinical and Supply Chain and network infrastructure and security for the business unit – along with his responsibilities for AI-ML based digital products for select functions

This is his second stint at J&J prior to which he built a 0 to 1 organization – twice within Supply Chain and then expanding to commercial digital AI / ML based digital products for all of J&J MedTech.

In between, Dev was with Cisco Systems where he was Head of AI / ML Data Products – with primary responsibilities for improving recurring revenues for the organization focusing on all of Cisco’s Install Base, subscription, licensing and renewals

Dev has held various positions in Operations and Supply Chain across consulting and industry with Eaton Corporation and McKinsey where he focused on high tech and aerospace industries.

Dev holds an MBA from University of Michigan, and a Masters in Manufacturing, along with a BE in Electrical Engineering. He has additional certifications in Masters in Digital Product Management (Online), CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP.

His family has recently relocated to Irvine after 13 years in Princeton, NJ.
