Marc Hodes is a former CIO and senior technology leader with extensive experience leading IT strategy and shared services transformation across complex, federated organisations, including Walgreens Boots Alliance and Associated British Foods (ABF).

He has designed and evolved global IT operating models, built shared services organisations, and established digital foundations such as data platforms and automation capabilities that enable emerging technologies at scale.
His experience includes shaping governance structures and Centres of Excellence to support effective and value-driven technology adoption.

Marc has advised boards and executive teams on digital strategy and organisational design and now works as a CIO advisor and certified Executive Coach, supporting senior leaders in strengthening clarity, leadership effectiveness and strategic impact.
