As Chief Operating Officer at UST, Praveen leads the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence, with a special focus on expanding our impact in the Healthcare and Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) segments.

Praveen’s leadership was instrumental in building UST’s growth story in the UK. Praveen developed the strategy to scale the growth story across multiple verticals with a specific focus on large deals in the UK. A critical focus area was the development of nearshore strategy with Spain, Poland, Bulgaria and Ukraine. Praveen also conceptualised the UST GenAI sandbox to help enterprises navigate the journey from awareness to adoption with prebuilt templates. His leadership has helped UST establish and scale delivery and operations in key geographies, navigating complex change while creating high-value outcomes for clients.

Praveen holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and has completed advanced professional programs including blockchain-strategy at the University of Oxford’s Said Business School.
